It features a two- burner system, with the inner brass burner producing 20,000 BTUs, and the outer tube burner contributing an additional 50,000 BTUs they combine for a combined 70,000 BTUs. The Hestan power burner also features a stainless steel, sealed burner bowl for easy cleaning. The bowl includes a drain, so you do not have to worry about spills or boil overs. The commercial grade grates are 1/2 inch diameter stainless steel rods with a removable DiamondCut Grate center. The DiamondCut Grate is 1/4 inch thick, and when removed will accommodate a 14- 20 inch wok. The electric spark ignition with re- ignition capability lights quickly and reliably. The Marquis accented control panel and patented Zamak die- casted knobs perfectly match your Hestan grill, and LED lighting on the front control panel keeps your controls visible to help you cook and entertain at night.
