The commercial grade grates are 1/2 inch diameter stainless steel rods with a removable DiamondCut Grate center. The DiamondCut Grate is 1/4 inch thick, and when removed will accommodate a 14- 20 inch wok. The electric spark ignition with re- ignition capability lights quickly and reliably.
