The cast iron grates over the middle burners are continuous, allowing you to slide cookware between burners. The combination of two 4,350 BTU and two 10,300 BTU burners allows you to accommodate all sorts of cooking. This unit uses an electric spark ignition and comes preset for natural gas, but comes with a conversion kit to change to propane. The features continue with push- to- turn knobs, sealed burners and a thermocouple flame failure protection which ensures the gas will turn off if the flame is extinguished.
