The Summerset Pro features an easy to clean ceramic briquette system, which helps reduce ?flare ups? and ensures an even heating across the 410 square inch grilling area. Ignition is safe and convenient, thanks to the electronic spark ignition and the hood of the grill is double lined to help prevent discoloration. The heat indicator installed in the hood helps you monitor cooking temperatures.
