The 7- inch blade is made of AUS8A high- carbon stainless steel that creates an incredibly strong, wear- resistant blade with a small amount of flex which makes it easy to fillet fish, remove meat from bones and trim poultry. This knife features full- tang construction for added strength and balance. The D- shaped handle is designed to fit perfectly into the curve of your grip for a comfortable hold, and the stainless steel accents add a unique finishing touch.
