This is the first portable outdoor pizza oven to include different fuel type options. Ooni Pro, out of the box, can cook with wood, charcoal, or both. A wood pellet burner can be purchased separately for even more cooking options. The Ooni Pro is made out of 430 stainless steel and gets up to 932 degrees Fahrenheit in only 20 minutes allowing you to cook a 16- inch pizza in as little as 60 seconds. The 15mm cordierite stone and ceramic fiber insulation create high and consistent heat. Four 9 X 9 stones provide 324 square inches of cooking area. Dual airflow control with the chimney and ceiling vent gives you fine- tuned heating control. Charcoal can be used as the baseline of heat and, for added flavor, right before putting your pizza in the oven add some wood to the fire for an authentic wood- fired pizza taste. Due to the versatility of the Ooni Pro you can also cook large meats, fish, vegetables, bake bread, and lots more. The options do not stop there. Two different doors are also included with this unit. The Ooni Pro Pizza Door is perfect for pizzas with a letterbox opening to slide your pizzas in and out easily. The second door option is the Ooni Pro Door with Thermometer that allows you to easily monitor the oven temperature with a glance. This door is also fully removable so it is easy to put in large pieces of meat, loaves of bread, or even a cast iron skillet. It is recommended that you use the included safety gloves when working with the hot oven and taking the door on and off while cooking. Since the Ooni Pro only weighs around 57 pounds, and the chimney is easy to take off and put on, it is easy to move from a table top to the garage or be loaded into the trunk of a car. A security loop is also included so you can secure it to furniture.
