This oven can reach over 600 degrees F, and the door includes an oven- draft vent for better airflow control allowing for hotter temperatures. You can also keep track of the temperature using the analog thermometer on the front of the oven. The exterior material is made with 304 grade stainless steel, while the interior is made with 430 grade stainless steel, guaranteeing long- lasting use and durability. The refractory brick cooking surface does an excellent job at retaining heat and spreading it evenly, creating the perfect charred crust. The powder coated steel cart features 2 side shelves for added space, and 2 hide- away wheels so you can move the oven where you want it to be then hide the wheels away for a seamless look. The Pizzero Pizza Oven also comes with a charcoal poker, pizza shovel, chimney and chimney hat, and an assembly kit to help you get setup and ready to bake.
