The Cupolino 70 is a three piece refractory brick oven that can be built- in to match your outdoor kitchen or patio. Cook up to three pizzas at once right next to the fire on the 27- inch diameter fire brick cooking surface. The food is placed next to the fire which gives it the flavor and aroma of wood. The dome, floor and door are made of refractory clay for evenly distributed heat. The high and spherical shape of the dome allows the heat to remain trapped and cook your food evenly. Use the door to keep heat in and protected for the elements when the oven is not in use. With no curing needed, you can cook anything in your Alfa pizza oven that you would normally cook in your kitchen oven including roasts, vegetables, potatoes and desserts! Must be installed with a flue pipe for proper ventilation. Flue Pipe not included.
